We first met him when my 2014 Buick Encore was in for servicing, and h Azi Mazhar has been consistently helpful, respectful and quick to communicate. We first met him when my 2014 Buick Encore was in for servicing, and he assessed its trade-in value. At that time, we test drove a hybrid but decided it wasn't for us. He did not pressure us to buy. A few weeks later, the Encore collided with a deer and we needed another car. Because our previous experience with Azi had been so positive, we reached out to him to find us another Buick Encore. He found it, we negotiated a fair price and bought it. Delivery of the new Encore was unexpectedly delightful! When we arrived to pick up the new car, the whole sales department had a little celebration for us. This is my seventh car and the first time the sale included a celebration. Azi also set the myBuick app up, synched both phones to the car and took as much time as we needed explain the instrument panel and any new features of the car. Again, this is the first time I've had such a thorough explanation of a new car. I confidently recommend Capital GMC to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle. Their service department is also exceptional. More
