We were walking around the lot looking and Magdy approached us by asking if we had any questions or wanted to be left alone. No pressure whatsoever. He answered all our questions and we left still not sure if we wanted to purchase right then. He was extremely helpful and friendly. Felt like an old friend! He never asked for our phone number either! We returned 2 days later and purchased it. We were well treated by everyone we dealt with. With the help of Contantine, we were able to trade in our 2012 Rubicon Unlimited for a 2015 Rubicon Hard Rock - exactly the way we wanted it. This limited edition jeep was not easy to find. With only a limited quantity available, I knew only Constantine and his team could help me get the illusive Hard Rock. Another dealership did have one on their lot, but they couldn't come close to the amazing deal I received from the folks at Ontario Chrysler. I went to see Raymon Mikhail because a friend of mine had bought a brand new 2014 Dodge Ram Sport from him and said that Raymon was great at what he does. I was not disappointed. I found the vehicle that I wanted for the price that I was willing to pay. The vehicle that I purchased was own by another worker there. Raymon gave me the history of the vehicle along with any servicing that was done.
