Great Service adviso Mr Anwar Ali, to deal with. I have owned different makes of vehicles and owned 3 Toyota vehicles from different dealers, Anwar Ali is the best service advisor I have ever dealt I have owned different makes of vehicles and owned 3 Toyota vehicles from different dealers, Anwar Ali is the best service advisor I have ever dealt with, he is humble very friendly, most important listens to your problems of the vehicle and advises you the best . Spoiled break rotors 2 times The service is worst ever and I dont know who gave it high rating. This mechanical service never changed break pods on time until rotors are damaged! Looks like they make money on your breaks - this story happened 2 times on both my cars - avoid them at all cost! More

When I got there at lunch time, it was very busy, still he was courteous and very patient in answering all my questions and took time to explain the problems with my car and recommended the appropriate solutions and also kindly provided some helpful tips to keep the car in good a condition. The reception is helpful always, by finding the right person for your requirements. Once you meet the Salesman, you are further helped, not pushed, to purchase or lease a vehicle. Test drives are offered, immediately, and explanations of the car are complete. I even spoke to the service manager while purchasing the vehicle, who was very informed, and made me feel confident about the car I was purchasing. The delivery was just fun, and the car was beautifully prepared. Overall a very enjoyable experience, and a wonderful Automobile. More
