He arranged a trade-in, which included picking up a vehicle I had lost all sense of confidence in. He offered me multiple options within my budget, always thinking of my preferences and needs. Andy was incredibly professional, sympathetic to my extreme time constraint (we were working together from two different cities), and stayed in constant communication, knowing that I was very upset about the events with my last car. On the day of pickup, my previously owned car looked and felt brand new! Ultimately, I ended up with a beautiful, safe car (in my preferred colour even), renewed driving confidence and the peace of mind that Andy (and Capital Dodge) are there should I run into any issues with my purchase. Thanks for all your help, I love my "new" car! More

IT CERTAINLY WAS AN ADVENTURE BUT IN THE END WE WENT FROM OUR INITIAL CHOICE OF A 2014 DODGE CARAVAN 30TH ANNIVERSARY TO A 2014 TOWN AND COUNTRY S. WE'RE ACTUALLY MUCH HAPPIER WITH THIS VEHICLE BECAUSE IT LOOKS A LITTLE MORE SPORTY. SALEM WAS VERY HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGABLE, PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH AND SHE DID ALOT OF RUNNING AROUND TO SHOW US MANY DIFFERENT VEHICLES (SHE EVEN ENTERTAINED OUR KIDS WITH RIDES IN THE DEALERS GOLF CART). AS FOR TOY STORY ANDY AS I LIKE TO CALL HIM (SINCE HE DID DELIVER ON HIS PROMISES). HE ALONG WITH SEAN WORKED OUT A GOOD DEAL FOR US IN THE END ON A MUCH BETTER VEHICLE.
