Great experience from the team at Erinwood I had done my homework, and knew the vehicle I was after. Erinwood was not the first dealership I visited, but ended up being the last. I had Dave Grittani recommended via an online forum, and was not disappointed. He understood where I was coming from and what I was after, made me an offer I couldn't refuse, and then made the whole process as easy and as simple as possible. He even found that my top choice in colour was already on order with the factory and as a result got me the vehicle earlier than had we needed to do a fresh factory order. Dave is a great guy to deal with and ultimately made what can be a frustrating or stressful experience into something fun. No games or gimmicks. Chris was professional when dealing with my trade-in, I've got no complaints about how it was handled. Adam spent probably more time than intended running over several options with me, was patient in answering my questions, and I never felt pressured. From my experience, I'd have no hesitation in recommending Dave and the Erinwood Ford team to any family or friends. I hope everyone's experience can be as pleasant as mine was. More

It was worth the drive!! It was almost 2 hours away from our home but to me service matters. So I emailed Martin let him know we were coming that evening and he quickly replied saying he was looking forward to meeting with us, this was the first email of many that were quickly answered. When we got there that night we realized that Martin had waited for us even though his shift was over and it was his birthday! Martin took his time with us showing us many options in our price range, we felt like we were his friends not his customers. The entire team and overall vibe at Erinwood Ford was just amazing! We love our new 2016 Ford F-150 Supercrew!!! More

Most fun I've had buying a car! I recently decided to check out Erinwood based on their prices of the Fiesta ST ($1000 less than most other Ford dealerships) plus it's Ford Employee I recently decided to check out Erinwood based on their prices of the Fiesta ST ($1000 less than most other Ford dealerships) plus it's Ford Employee Pricing month. I came to find that they had a CPO Focus ST available on the show room floor. It didn't take long for Roxy to see my eyes light up when he asked me if I'd like to test drive. Without any pressure Roxy was able to help me find my Ford, and with Nick's help - at a price I liked. Not to mention my trade-in offer was very competitive to selling privately, without the hassle! Adam provided me with information about financing as well as offer some prime prices on warranty and rust protection. Thanks Erinwood Ford for a great experience and a great car! I would gladly return to buy another, but I have to save some money for HATS! More
