Neither of the first two salesperson on the phone seem to have any deep knowledge about their own product. And I decided to come and make the deal in person. Then I met Martin who knows what he's talking abt. He showed me the gunmetal one and I told him this is a deal. And I met the director of sales Nick appraised my 2016 Porsche and explained the pro and con to trade it in. We had fun, got the deal done. Finally met the business manager etc. took delivery in two days. Every thing is effiecient and smooth. And I love the truck. Will always recommend this dealership and to Martin. Fantastic service and shopping experience. Worth me to drive 50km from Thornhill. Ken More

Speedy, Friendly and Knowledged I had emailed Erinwood Ford expecting a response in the far of distant future about an inquiry for a mustang. Knowing this, I decided to call them less than 5 minutes after sending the email. Little did I know, right before I had dialed their number, someone from Erinwood Ford was already calling me regarding my email inquiry! I was met with a friendly rep. from Erinwood Ford and they had worked out all of the information I could not get from any other dealership. I had questions regarding different financing options, at different leasing lengths and what rate it was at. I had the granular information I was looking for that other dealerships could not provide nor the expertise of their representatives. I am extremely satisfied with my new mustang! A Sales Experience Like No Other We arrived bright and early at Erinwood Ford and we're wandering the parking lot taking a look at the different vehicles, when the door opened and th We arrived bright and early at Erinwood Ford and we're wandering the parking lot taking a look at the different vehicles, when the door opened and there was a gentleman standing there, a big smile on his face. He invited us in, even though the dealership had not opened yet. He introduced himself as Mark, and even though it was early in the morning, he was in a great mood. I told him which vehicle I was interested in and he ran around looking for it and produced the vehicle. He gave us the keys and told us to enjoy our ride. The car buying process went downhill from there, no fault of Marks. After getting settled in the new car, I realized I had no idea how to operate it. I went back in and asked Mark if he could show me how the car worked. He apologized immediately. We went back outside and he asked if I would like to drive and I said no you do it first. He very calmly and repeatedly explained the inns and out of the car. He then took me for a test drive. Again he explained some more of the buttons. When I felt comfortable, we then traded places and he had me drive the car. Working at a position like this, you run into all kinds of situations. Well, Mark was not prepared for the one he received that Sunday morning, but through it all he remained very Professional and took control of the situation and worked through it and still smiled all the way. Thank you Mark. A great experience. Understanding Salesperson, no pressure, step by step instructions. Even had his lunches interrupted and no complaints. Will highly recommend him to friends and associates. Also, thanks to Adam, for great service. More
