Disappointed Customer Service - Vic
Once the sale was finalized felt like we were being ignored. Had the 3M protective film installed and it started lifting on the first day, went back it was re installed with the same result. Was told to leave it for a week and if we were not happy it would be removed, a protective polish would applied after removing the film at no cost and would be refunded for the 3M film. In the end the film was removed, protective polish was not applied as I was going to be charged for 50%. I had left a message for the GM Jason Duck and my call was never returned. In my opinion this dealership is all about the sale, service or working with customers after is secondary. I would not recommend this dealership
Spent $3000 at the body shop, then went to service to... - brant46
Spent $3000 at the body shop, then went to service to take a look at my air suspension that will fail in aero mode on the highway. They charged me $150 to tell me that nothing was wrong with it because it didn’t trigger any error codes (the suspension actually fails and deflates). Only recommendation they gave was to swap out air suspension for springs and do a full conversion. No digging into problem at all and we’re unwilling to try to help. Will never return to dodge city.

Veterans Alert – I was looking to upgrade my car. This dealer, Indian Head Chrysler, had a car I was interested in. After several days of negotiating, we arrived at a mutually agreeable price. We arrived at a mutually agreeable trade-in value. But before a deal was signed, they added $400 in fees (which I apparently misinterpreted when the sales person earlier said they would be included in the purchase price) and refused to give me the $500 discount for military veterans they advertise on their website, which I saw only the day before. The sales person said, “The deal is done. Negotiations are over. I can’t [or won’t] reopen them. I don’t ask every customer if they are a veteran.” Yes, negotiations are over. I left without buying the car, more on principle than on cost. Pity they did not acknowledge or understand that fact, particularly for a customer who has purchased 3 vehicles from them in the past, a veteran in more than just the military sense.

My expiernce with South 20 Dodge's sales manager Todd Newell was beyond remarkable. The advice, and help he offered me in buying my new vehicle went above and beyond anything I've ever seen from a car dealer or anyone in the customer service industry for that matter. I really can't explain the graditude I have for this guy in a dealer review. All I know is not only will all of my future business go straight to him and the Humboldt South 20 Dodge dealership, but everyone I know will be directed straight there. I can guarantee to you that there is absolutely no way you will find a harder working, more honest dealer anywhere. Truly rare, and refreshing.

I bought my first used vehicle from western dodge in 2017, it was a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. Great vehicle inside and out didn’t didn’t have the bells and whistles I had wanted. Fast forward to one week ago, they called and offered me a newer van with a lot less km and all the bells and whistles. It sounded great so I was super excited. I have finally had the time to check it out and stuff and the van is the dirtiest van I have seen especially when getting it from a dealership. Food caked into the stow and go part, and animal hair. 3 stars for my previous van that was great, and the sales person was great.

Recently poor service on warranty work. Item sits all day after being delivered when shop opens. Bought several vehicles from dealer in past. Recent experience I won’t ever shop here again. And I have passed message along to friends and family to look elsewhere do to poor service and attitude towards issues.

This dealership is the worst! Called to see if we could get our truck in due to our air bags in our truck won’t work! We live over and hour away and wanted a loner car since we drive to and from work! This dealership did not have loaner cars! They weren’t ever interested in helping or making something work ! !! There service department isn’t open Saturday as well and that sucks as well! Never again

Most recently my truck had an issue with the passenger heater and the Ram boxes weren't opening properly. After diagnosing, parts were ordered for the heater and the ram boxes were apparently due to the install of the tonneau cover at the purchase dealer.
No problem, i contacted watrous.
I brought the truck back to Auto Clearing when the parts arrived for the heater. Diagnosing was wrong and the part was on back order. So I told them I'm working from home, i don't need the truck so hold on to it. Saved them time from having to put the dash back together and them having to remove it again. After 1.5 weeks I did inform them i wanted my truck before easter weekend. Which they met. All total had my truck for two weeks waiting on the part and the correct install.
However, I picked my truck up and was told there was a .4 hour charge of $75 when they inspected the ram boxes from the previous visit....almost 3 weeks previous.
After having my truck for 2 weeks, saving them time of reinstallation and stripping it down again... two wrong diagnosis on the actual fix and being very easy to get along with considering I didn't "need" the truck i was disappointed to get dinged $75....its not about the cash, it's about how you take care of customers and that just didn't sit well with me...
Due to social distancing the dealership doors were closed so I did contact the gm via phone again... full transparency in trying to give the dealership the opportunity and know about the issues.
Also, my truck was fully detailed inside when I dropped it off. simply because of covid I wanted to ensure it was good for the dealership .... when I picked it up it looks like it was left outside on a dusty windy day/s with the windows open. Everything is covered in greasy garage dust....
While heater seems to work at high setting it sounds like a jet engine... two weeks and it's still not repaired.
Previously there was a squeaking noise in the cab so I contacted Auto clearing. Left messages on monday, Tuesday and wednesday that week. The only time i got a returned call was after I had to speak with the General Manager about my disappointing experience.
Service manager claimed he tried contacting me but I had no messages or missed calls.
I would not recommend this dealership
All fairness, I dealt with the auto body side previously... top notch service and would highly recommend the auto body repair shop, particularly the manager was great to deal with.

Very dishonest dealer, will do what ever it takes to rip you off. The service shop brakes more than they fix. I will never step foot on this lot again. This experience has tainted my view on buying new. All they care about is getting your money, once they do they treat you like you don't exist.

I did not purchase my Jeep here. After a terrible experience trying to get service in Regina where I had purchased it, Estevan Motors took my vehicle in and did an excellent job. I won't shop around next time I buy a vehicle. I will come here.

Love everything about this place. From the Sales, Parts and Service they handle your questions and concerns with care. The service department was nothing but helpful when I took my vehicle there to get maintenance on. They noticed stuff that I didn't even know that was wrong with my vehicle. Highly recommend you taking your vehicles there. This place wont run you around like many other places would.
