This service department is probably the worst one in Manitoba, don’t return phone calls, just the run around, by everyone that answers a phone. Simple question, is my truck ready to be picked up, my advice, never deal with Vickars Chevrolet

Found a truck online texted a sales rep. Agreed on a price and rate. Went in the next morning and they said they changed the posting and it will be 15% more. I told them that is criminal and a bait and switch. After an hour of them trying to negotiate to a different higher price and me standing firm because we had an agreement the manager comes in. He says this is the price nothing we can do. I tell him that's criminal and he laughed. Dont go here unless you want to have deals voided prices changed and managers that dont care about customers.

I recently purchased a 2009 Silverado. I saw the vehicle on-line, and contacted Tanner Franklin, Sales Professional. No games, no run arounds, we talked about purchasing the vehicle and the terms. It was all settled in less than 30 minutes. The vehicle exchange a couple days later. I would do business with Tanner and the Team at Murray Chevrolet again, and I would be very confident if I referred a friend he would give them the same great service I received. Do not take my word for it, pick up the phone, or go down and meet Tanner for yourself. You will be very happy you did.

The staff was more interested in surprising a co-worker for her wedding than setting up a viewing appointment. The vehicle had not been serviced when we saw it but we were promised (by 4 staff members) it would be before we picked it up. After the sale the oil was black and low and the back seats had mold growing in the armrest so it clearly was never serviced. They promised to correct that, we took it back on a mutually agreeable date and no one was there to receive it. The next time they picked it up and it was gone for 5 weeks while they did what should have been done BEFORE it was put up for viewing/sale. The general manager DOES NOT return calls. They were really good a handing out free crap...We would never consider buying another vehicle from there again.
sold me a void warranty - nswilson31
This dealership sold me a used vehicle with warranty that was void. I brought my vehicle in to the dealership in Kenora because the clear coat was peeling and was informed that the vehicle had been painted since the factory. I had no idea that this happened, and why would the dealership sell me something that was void? I was very confused and thought Ledingham could clear this up in a second because why would they rip me off like that. But nope they agreed that oh jeez it does look like its been painted before and the warranty is no good because of that. Then I thought oh well since they sold it to me like that that they would go good for it. But nope they said they'd only pay half. I'm sorry but I bought my vehicle because it had warranty left. I need warranty because I can't afford xxxx like this. Thanks for ripping me off Ledingham.

Within the last 6 months I've been going back for head gasket leaks I'm on round 10 the 9th time I brought it there they "fixed" it and it might have went 10 km I had it sitting due to horrible oil burning smell while parts were ordered for different issue brought it back to get these parts on and surprise more leaks!! Service has been the worst I have 2 little ones and this car had me stranded on the road yet they said my car was fixed and at 100% driving capacity! The service I've had is the absolute worst they're rude and don't explain what's actually wrong with the car.

Got my car toed there they “fixed” it and gave me a big bill and sent me on my way, the next day my car wouldn’t start got it toed back and they put parts in without ever calling me to ask gave me another big bill when I asked why they never called she just said “want me to rip the parts out” and charges me for much more service then I’m sure it took to do the job and was very hard to reach on the phone was always waiting on hold or phone just not being answered. VERY rude receptionist WILL NOT BE BACK!

Went in, was told that they were under new ownership and boy was I surprised. Second time visiting, (First time bought a used vehicle for the wife) and saw a complete turn around. Great customer service! Will definitely come back when needed

I took my vehicle in for an inspection/diagnosis and first off dealt with Debbie which was hard to endure. Than later got to deal with Bob Stoesz which was good. Got charged 400-500 for taking a cover plate off and diagnosis but they could not diagnose after all, so I didn't want to spend more. Was told that if I would have the work done there I would have that amount taken off the bill. I didn't fix it but bought a new vehicle from them. I thought out of goodwill they would take it off of that bill but they didn't. I didn't mention it to them either. When I came with my trailer to load up my troubled vehicle, it was very slick out and need just a little help - 3 of the shop techs walked by within the half hour I spent loading it without offering to help. Although GM helped me out, West Park didn't. The one gal I was impressed with was the reception/cashier. She was super helpful/friendly. Not listed below.
