Derek has consistently gone above and beyond to accommodate me whether it is scheduling me in for an appointment on short notice or arranging a shuttle ride for me to get to and from work. On July 13 and 15, I took one of our Sportages in for a fairly minor problem. Sab Sagathevan took care of both the visits very efficiently and made sure I was well informed as to the fix involved. As per usual, his estimate of how long the appointments would be was spot on, and he kept me informed of any status changes. Sure can't ask for more - See Sab, he will take good care of you.

I had a great service at first....but hard to get information about the recommendation they had for my truck....Some of the recommendation has been done already in the last year so I wonder if they really performed a real inspection before telling me recommendation....And the main problem was that my check engine light was on and my truck was staying on the Manuel position stuck at the fourth gear instead of being in on drive. They changed the trans solenoid pack....cost me 1500. When I was there to pay nobody told me nothing about what they did so I checked the invoice and on the last page they said that the plug for the solenoid pack is damaged and not stay plugged in properly....so I'm asking what does that mean and the tech told me that the plug is damaged so be aware of that and have a eye on it.....It cost me 1500 and I still have to go under my truck to be sure that everything is ok....make no sense to me...they should have fixed everything before gave back the truck to me....and I asked him what is gonna happen if the plug unplugged....He said it's gonna do the same problem that it did to you two days ago.....so that made me wonder is the solenoid pack was really not good anymore or it was just the plug who was damaged already....and if the plug was ok before is the tech broke it accidentally and didn't tell.....So all those little thing makes it hard for me to trust them and makes me feel that I dont really understand what happened to my truck.....For me 1500 $ it's a lot of money and my truck not even completely fixed as the plug still damaged....

Stay away from the service department at this dealership. They totally took advantage of my wife. She was in to get a muffler replaced which on a forester is a 30 minute job. They charged her $224 labor. Told her her rear brakes were worn then replaced both calipers, both rotors and pads. This vehicle has been well maintained by a different dealership in the interior since new. There is no way both calipers and both rotors needed replacing. An unethical shop that will take advantage of an elderly lady.

Had my 2020 tiguan in for a engine vibration concern ( you can feel it in the floor, seats and steering wheel). I was told that it was inherent of these cars and that there is nothing they could do. I bought it new from them and it didnt vibrate when I drove it off the lot, or I wouldnt have bought it. Everyone that ive shown it to there acknowledged the vibration and just shrugged their shoulders. I feel completely left out to deal with a issue on my $52000 Vehicle with only 23000 kms on it and was even charged $193 for my trouble."its what you signed for" is what the guy behind the counter said. The vehicle has a full warranty btw. Ive purchased 4 VWs from this dealership and have had all of the maintenance taken care of at this dealer. I live in white rock and still would drive the cars all the way out to abbotsford to have them taken care of. I was so taken back by the service that I took my name off the wait list for a ID4. I dont think I'll be recommending anyone nor will be doing business with them in the future.

This Hyundai dealership stands out for all the wrong reasons. The only one which seems unable to prefer putting in the minimum effort necessary, considering a solution such as "come recharge your A/C every year" instead of finding and fixing the leak like the other Hyundai dealership I went to did. Or lying to a customer by promising they'll cover a pre-existing issue which was found during warranty after the warranty coverage period ends after they asked me to come back later with more evidence/videos (Which I did).
Absolutely fraudulent service department to be avoided at all costs.
