I brought in my Sonata to have an overall check up as I had recently purchased it from a friend. It also had a problem in the steering column.
My service advisor, Jesse , kept me updated as the day progressed and when I picked up the car was extremely knowledgeable about what had been done service wise. He explained everything to me patiently and was able to answer all of my questions.
Jesse also provided rides to and from home while the car was being worked on.
My experience, in a huge part due to Jesse , was excellent.

In my handful of visits to Harris Kia, I have spoken to Dave Bare several times. He has been always helpful and friendly. I have seen that same interaction with other customers and his employees. The dealership is pleasant and efficient without a lot of expensive infrastructure that has to be paid for ultimately by the customers.
I purchased a 2021 Seltos for my wife and we both like it a lot. The sales department was no pushover but we found the deal that we both found agreeable. The Seltos has all the features we want without being too “precious”.

Tried to exchange a wrong type of spare tire for the correct tire that I was promised when I bought the car. I purchased the car through Nick Iozzo, as my previous Jetta had a "bicycle type" spare tire (which I did not accept), I requested that Nick assure me that this car would come with the same size spare tire as the rest of the car. I got his assurance. However I did not check the spare tire until I got a flat tire, I then discovered that Nick's assurance was not valid. I traveled to Abbotsford VW to exchange my incorrect tire. A cordial Jason Bilinski, addressed my problem but did not resolve it. I was told they did not have either the tire nor the rim on their site and that the wrong sized tire and wrong sized rim I had was in fact the correct outside circumference. The sticker which read, "NOT TO EXCEED 50 KM/HOUR"" was removed from my rim. Jason did me a favor however, by having my flat tire mended. I left with the problem unresolved.

I had an oil change beyond believable. Free breakfast, washed mats, vacumed inside of car,free car wash , inspection and recommendations. on potential probllems. All for 40 bucks. The big oil change companies charge 60 bucks with no perks. I have told 2 other people about this service and they went for the same experience. Fantastic.

If I could leave a zero star I would. As soon as you drive off the lot, you will receive zero help. Experience buying a vehicle and them taking your money is great; after that you’re on your own.
I bought a vehicle that was a new trade in and not yet service or inspected by the shop. I was assured when I would bring in the vehicle for its inspection, everything would be fixed to make it perfect. Long story short, I am now told I am responsible to replace warped routers and breaks for a vehicle that I bought less than 2 months ago. Even though I mentioned to the service department about some signs that the routers were starting to go on that inspection service appointment. I would never have bought the vehicle if I knew about the breaks and routers.
The dealership told me it’s legal to sell a vehicle with 50% breaks; while other dealerships tell me that’s only allowed if the dealership knew from the beginning the state of the breaks (meaning it went through their garage etc. Which it didn’t).
I was also told that my service/oil changes would be free because I am a frontline healthcare worker. They failed to mention that the promotion was ending 2 weeks after I bought the vehicle.
I made two service appointments regarding my concerns, given the run around for two weeks only to be told it’s my driving and my responsibility, and I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t be given this treatment if I was male.
This dealership is terrible and unprofessional. They don’t care about the customers, only taking your money. Would not recommend going to Maple Ridge Chrysler; there are many other places that are better! I will not be bringing my Jeep back there for anything.
