Very good to deal with. They requested permission to fix an unexpected item before going ahead. Vehicle was readly when they said it would be washed and ready for me to take it. Very good communication they went the extra mile to make sure this was a pleasent experience.

Was having a bit of trouble with opening a door - it wouldn’t! Brought it into the Chilliwack VW dealership to ask a question. Mike and his service team were right on it - they answered my questions, took a look and scheduled an appt within a very short period of time. Brought it in to have a mechanism replaced and wow - no charge!!! Mike is an EXPERT when it comes to all things mechanical on the VW and his team is friendly, helpful and very responsive. I will be going there for all future servicing!

They provide great service for regular appointments. In my case, they also analyzed a problem carefully. Unfortunately, Hyundai sent a defective part and so I had to come back. They gave me the news with good humour so that I never felt annoyed and made sure I had a loaner so that I would only have to return when they knew the car was ready. Jim, the service advisor who helped me, is special.

Least helpful business I have ever dealt with. First off I has a factory recall on my Dodge 1500 air bag. they did the air bag than charged me $75 to reset the airbag light telling me that the reset wasn't covered by the recall. Pretty sure that was a lie.
