Absolutely the worst dealership to deal with. I placed a deposit of $1000 for a Kia Seltos at the end of August and was told delivery would be 1 1/2 to 2 months for delivery. When 2 months had pa I placed a deposit of $1000 for a Kia Seltos at the end of August and was told delivery would be 1 1/2 to 2 months for delivery. When 2 months had passed , I dropped by the dealership to check on the progress and was told delivery should be another month.After the 3rd month of hearing nothing ,I again visited the dealership and was assured my Seltos would be in any time soon. 4 months now pass, I again visit dealership and am told once again I'm at the top of the list to receive the next one available. 5 months pass and still nothing. 6 months pass and still nothing. By the seventh month , I call the dealership and request to speak to my salesperson ( Sepehr ). I call 5 times , but he never returns my call. I finally ask to speak to the sales manager , and request a refund. These guys are just outright dishonest. They held onto my deposit for 7 months and never gave any updates on delivery. Every other Kia dealership I visited afterwards was in disbelief that my order would have taken so long and some had suggested that my order was likely sold to another buyer. Overall I would never recommend or deal with this dealership again. Very poor service, and dishonest. More
