My 19 y.o. Daughter had her Lexus serviced, they recommended service which was not required per their service schedule (replace spark plugs) while there was no triggering event, to replace 2 years and 40000km before service schedule while the car ran very smooth seems to me you are taking advantage of a young female. Also recommended brakes and the info they provided was not accurate and if they were in the shape they suggested (1mm) am not certain they should have let her drive off the lot from a purely safety perspective. Brakes were between 3 and 5 mm per another dealer. I reached out to service manager, said he’d get back to me. I sent a reminder after a month and now 2 months in and nothing. If they cannot be honest and if they take advantage of young ladies who don’t know better, very disappointing. And not getting back to me, makes it that much worse. Lost me as a customer.

Took the Rav in for a level 1 serivce at 8 am. asked if that included a oil change Yes. at 130 called to get an update when it would be completed. waited a hour and called back because of no return call. went to dealer ship at 3 and they had changed the oil??? 7 hours for them to change oil and a recall on a battery clamp. Car not washed ( washer broken) oil leaked on engine, Oil life not reset. Was charged $30 more than an oil change for a GMC 6. 2 liter duramax! Overall will never go to or back to a GO AUTo

We took our car in for service and some things went wrong while they were working on the car and we couldn’t get our car back as promised the same day,although at first we were upset Ryan and Austin took great care of us and made sure we were completely satisfied. We ended up having to stay an extra night in the city as we were from out of town and they took care of the hotel. Definitely made things right and we will be back after such great service ! 10/10 for sure !!!!

Horrible experience in servicing my Jaguar. We were looking for just a diagnosis on an engine rattle noise. They damaged the 2 central lock units and estimate done by them of $11,000 to replace these 2 units. They rejected to fix what they damaged and return my car back on the same condition it was before the diagnosis. So don’t trust in them. Know that they will damage your car and they won’t take any responsibility.
