"Great Customer Relations"

Hi popped by Cam Clark a couple days ago without an appointment, for two things, tire pressure warning light was on and I needed a manual. I was warmly welcomed by MATT in Parts, he saved me $120 in that I did not have to order a manual, he just passed to me one he had. He then walked me to SERVICE, where I met TYLER and he was promptly there to help as well, he was able to get my car in right away, checked it out, explained to me what the normal tire pressure should be, where my tires were at and how the cold temperatures have a bearing on the pressure. What a friendly guy who knew his stuff! Then when I was leaving I remembered I wanted to change my rear view mirror so it was light vs dark. so I popped back in and I believe it was JORDAN (Tyler was not busy with another client) and he quickly jumped in the passenger seat and very patiently explained the mirror and that the back tinted window was likely the culprit, not the settings. So OVERALL, everyone was just super, although I did not buy my new car there, it WILL be serviced there! Thanks you guys, great effort! Will certainly pass on the experience and the great customer relationship which has begun! Trudy

Had my F-350 in for a faulty water pump and from the gentleman at quick lane to the parts desk and diesel specialist , everyone worked as a team with prompt , professional service. Everyone went above and beyond ! Thank you for the hassle free service.

"Excellent Customer Service"

I had my Escape towed to CCF due to a recall issue. Gabrielle was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. Communication was excellent throughout the process and there was nothing pushy or misleading as it sometimes is at dealerships. This is the second time I've brought my vehicle to CCF and I will continue to do so due to the amazing customer service I've received, both times. Upon picking up my vehicle, it had been through the car wash, which was a very nice touch!

"Faulty latch/faulty dealership "

So, I can’t believe I have to agree with others about the Cam Clarke Ford in Airdrie.......my trunk won’t stay latched, I know a little about cars to know what it is that is the problem, and Cam Clarke in Airdrie won’t look at it until I pay $190 so they can decide then, and only then if the part that is defective, which I know is the solenoid, is under warranty. The ridiculously expensive extra extended warranty that I paid through the nose for! They apparently don’t have access to a book to check if that part is covered under my warranty......oh right, they do have a book, once I’ve paid the $190 first!😏 My husband and I have purchased 3 vehicles with that dealership and this is the customer service/loyalty we get. Well guess what Airdrie Cam Clarke, we will not be purchasing anything else from you. And I will make it my mission to let everybody I know and happen to speak to how horrible your dealership is!😡

"No Warranty For You"

Bought a 2018 Mustang GT. About 2 1/2 months into owning the car i noticed that there was a rattle starting that sounds like it is coming from the transmission. This is consistent at 50 km/h and 2200 RPM. I also have a knocking sound coming from the engine area and this shows up after the engine warms up. I had taken the vehicle to Cam Clark and the shop foreman came out and recognized the noises while I was there. The next day I was called to pickup the vehicle and was told that there was no issues and that the noise was the same on a like model and that they spoke with Ford Tech. Was not given the opportunity to listen to like vehicle. About a week later I went in for my free oil change and mentioned that the noises are getting worse. A couple of sales guys went and got keys for what they said was a like model and said that they sound the same and that they do not hear the noises. This was not alike model as my car has a manual transmission and the car on the lot had a automatic transmission. It was starting to rain so we pulled the vehicle into the service bay and I was approached by Chris Jones and told that they would not look into the issue further and that they would not repair under warranty. Chris Jones also asked who was going to pay for the diagnostic time to find out exactly what is causing the issue because the dealership was not going to and Ford of Canada will not pay for this. I am to understand that billing between the dealership and Ford of Canada is to be my problem? I called and spoke with Blake Clark and he advised that we was too busy to address the issue at that time and that he would call the next day. I waited two days and called and left a message with Blake. He returned my call but still had not taken the time to address my concerns. Blake Clark did not seem overly concerned with the conduct of his staff or the condition of the vehicle. I have now taken the vehicle to an independent dealer and they immediately recognized both sounds and advised that this will be a growing issue if not properly addressed. I have also taken the vehicle to another ford dealer in Calgary and looked at by a shop foreman and was given the same advice and told that they just replaced the engine on a like model because of the same issue. Asked that I book the vehicle in and that he would contact Ford Tech about the issues. I have now spoken with Ford of Canada and have been assigned a case manager that has promptly advised that the shop foreman at the second dealership has been reprimanded for speaking to me about known issues with this model of engine. This vehicle has 5500KM on it and sits in my garage now waiting for Ford of Canada and their network of dealers to formulate a plan to not properly address and repair this vehicle. I would say that the worst of the bunch so far has been Cam Clark Ford. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody as they have shown that service after sale is not of any priority and that if there is not money to be made than they are not interested. My alternative at this point is to apply for arbitration through CAMVAP as this dealership is not interested in fixing the issues and Ford of Canada is intent on reprimanding technicians instead of getting to the root of the problem.

"Super quick, easy, and professional "

After having ignored my milage and not booking an appointment at my normal dealership in time, I decided to give the Quick Lane at Cam Clark Ford a try for an oil change on my Mazda3. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. I simply drove-up without an appointment, and my car was quickly taken in and dealt with. The staff, most notably Jordan, were very friendly and professional, and I felt that my car was in good hands. The voucher for a car wash and an air fresher is a nice touch at the end as well.

"Oil change plus some extras"

My young daughter and I waited for the service and they were done faster than anticipated. The staff was very friendly and made the hour go by very quickly. He even made my daughter a hot chocolate and gave her a colouring activity pack which was great. Thank you!

"Excellent Experience"

I had an accident with my truck, they took care of every thing including dealing with my insurance company, They took the photos and provided me with an estimate on the first visit, They scheduled me to drop the truck off on Monday March 5th, and I had it back looking like new on March 8th...totally surprised me I thought it would be a week and a half to 2 weeks to get back. 3 days is excellent. They also arranged the rental car...I virtually had to do nothing, other than get the police report. Excellent customer service Highly recommend.

"Wonderful Experience"

Went into the dealership to have an oil change on my wife’s vehicle and came out with a new Licolin they had on the lot. I met wit Ed Wan an while the vehicle was a little more than I wanted we discussed my concerns and Ed said “ Let me see what I can do” , Ed went to work and the result was more than satisfactory. The whole staff makes you feel 100% comfortable. I would recommend Ed and his assistant Brittney Horvath to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle totally a wonderful experience.
