While Joy my service adviser was very nice there were a few issues that concerned me. I had a 10 am 2 hour apt but was there over 4 hours and they didn't take my car in til 1230. I had a defective block he few issues that concerned me. I had a 10 am 2 hour apt but was there over 4 hours and they didn't take my car in til 1230. I had a defective block heater plug where the bottom prong got stuck in the cord and broke away from the plug in the car. I was told it wasn't under warrantee and the cost was $490 for replacement. Not happy. More

I had taken the car in for a few things. Have been there since I bought my Tiburon to have things done. Last time I spent a few thousand dollars on her.
