Harvey Robles patiently explained the disadvantages and advantages of my choices based on the criteria of my needs. I asked detailed question and I don’t recall a single question about the vehicle Harvey cannot answer until I made up my mind on what vehicle I’m going to take. He helped me all the way from the paper works and refer me to Mr. Libel (another great guy) to fix the paper works. They are to efficient that everything is finished before going home for the its about time for the place to close. I’m truly satisfied here and highly recommended so for those who want to buy or trade just look for Harvey Robles.. More

Then he started to show us some features of the cars, and asked me if theres anything specific I'm looking for. Since I've got some ideas on my mind that time I started asking questions and jp started showing me the units that they got on hand, he even pushed me to try some of the units and take it for a test drive, right there and then I decided that I need to up my vehicle a notch and have a price quite on the all new nissan rogue. Jp and mitch help me out bigtime from paperwork to all the extra protection package, these guys were awesome and their knowledge for the vehicle was phenomenal. Highly recommend these guys when you're buying a car, from that day on it starts a new friendship and they still helped me out whenever I got some issues with my car and they give me an answer right away, just wishing most car saleperson were like jp and mitch, not just after the sales but more on family oriented kinda sales person, they treat me like as if they were in my shoes when getting a car. Your rock guys keep it up. More

Problem solved. So we thought. Once we gave our down payment on the car and signed on the line we got treated like xxxx: they tried to issue a differnt bill of sale with a higher pr Once we gave our down payment on the car and signed on the line we got treated like xxxx: they tried to issue a differnt bill of sale with a higher price, car was late on delivery, been two month and they still haven’t taken a payment. They won’t return calls the manager Paul is garbage and lies to you, empty promises.loce the car but woulda had better service at a corner lot. UPDATE: so after some back and forth the problem has been solved and Nissan is covering the missed payments. We are happy with the end result but likely still won’t shop there again. Third update. Nissan still Hasn’t fixed their problem. Nissan covered two months of payments, but still have not managed how to figure out how to take payments. It seams rather crazy that we have to fight with them to take our money. Now collections has called over missed payments so we are transferring them three payments. This is literally the worst car buying experience I have ever had. It seams they are more concerned with removing negative reviews than with fixing the problem. I’ve been asked multiple times to change or take down my negative review. The problem is ongoing on the lack of results will Not change the review to any thing positive. BUY ANY PLACE BUT THIS PLACE! When we arrive we w I helped my youngest son purchase a new Nissan Rogue a few months back. The sales experience at West End Nissan was excellent. When we arrive we were greeted by a manager, Ali. This was probably just a timing thing, but we explained that we were there doing research and to take a test drive, and that we would not be making a purchase for 2 or 3 months yet. The manager asked his salesman, Mark Bartsch to assist us. Mark asked us a few questions and talked a little about Nissan and ownership of these vehicles. I asked some detailed questions and I don't recall a single question about the vehicle that Mark could not answer. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and took us out for a test drive in the model we were looking at. After we left Mark contacted my son 2 or 3 times over the next few months. My son confirmed when he was still planning to make his purchase and Mark kept him up to date on the current special offers from Nissan. My son said that at no time did he fell any pressure from Mark to make an immediate purchase. I also spoke with Fred Bailey, one of the sales managers. Fred was dealing with an irate customer on the phone, and because of the proximity to Marks's desk, we overheard much of the conversation. Fred has the patience of a saint and was continuously polite and courteous to the customer, who was obviously being so rude. Overall Mark was an excellent person to deal with. He was knowledgeable, courteous and respectful at all times. He was the epitome of a sales professional and I would highly recommend him as the person to see if you are looking to purchase a new Nissan in the Edmonton area. Also note that the 3 star rating is due to the service department, not the sales department. More
