MJ ( Service Advisor) is the first and to my recent recollection the only person who immediately replies to voice messages. Not once but twice over a few days. I honestly didn’t believe that this level recollection the only person who immediately replies to voice messages. Not once but twice over a few days. I honestly didn’t believe that this level of; I care about my customers actually exists anywhere on planet earth. Our repair was in excess of $4,000 dollars on an 11 year old Prius V, but now that we’ve had the vehicle back and it has done its monthly commute to Ottawa from London, the car drives like new again, good work Team Toyota, finding a service technician that understands the Synergy drive system is like finding a jewel in the Nile. To MJ - you sir should be training your Service Advisor peers Coast to Coast in Canada on how to do their job. I sometimes have to explain $4,000 hvac repairs to customers, it is a high wire act at the best of times, you sir have perected that high wire act. Enna was great at accomodating my changing needs from shuttle to overnight drop off and being able to settle the bill directly with her, over the phone to pick up the vehicle at my own convenience.
