Positive, informative experience with Gwen Jones On March 12th my son and I met with Gwen Jones in the process of searching for a new car. Gwen is a very positive and friendly person who answered all my questions about the Rav 4 hybrid. We went for a test drive, not in the hybrid since it isn't available yet. My son also drove the Prius. Gwen took her time with us providing us with detailed information and answered all of our questions. Since I had narrowed down my choice between the Rav 4 and Subaru Forester, which I currently lease, I had another meeting with Gwen on March 19th. We decided to compare the options between the Rav 4 and Forester. We went over leasing options, questions, prices and all of my questions. It was a very detailed meeting. I left the meeting feeling very comfortable about the Rav 4 but in the end I chose the Forester because I love my car and it meets my current needs. Gwen went above and beyond to give me all of the information that I needed to make an informed decision. She is a gem and I thank her very much. More

Rob, the Service Advisor was excellent as so is the entire staff. I love that they have a few workstations with WIFI so you can work while waiting. They always make sure I am comfortable and have what I need. I bought my last two vehicles at Toyota mainly for the service, and I'm in the process of buying a third.
