Overall Timing for changing the Tire in appointment time took 2hours 30 minutes, though it was a Scheduled appointment. I went to the service at 8.13 am EST, but my Car was picked for service only at 10.00a took 2hours 30 minutes, though it was a Scheduled appointment. I went to the service at 8.13 am EST, but my Car was picked for service only at 10.00am. Wasn't informed of the delay until 10am. I finished my tire change services appointment only at around 10.45 am and came out of service. More
