The experience I had in dealing with them during the recent loss od my father I am not a customer but a recent employee to Toyota Town in London Ont. Everyone from the service director, service manager, shop foreman and shop dispatcher were extremely accommodating and made this time of hardship more bearable. One morning Justin not only helped me to buy my Rav4 XLE from Toyota Town (June 2019), I can call him anytime for any query/suggestion about my Rav4. One morning of last week after dropping off my little one to his school, my SUV was not starting. I did not have any booster cable. I contacted Justine for a suggestion. He came there in a few minutes and boosted the battery. I went to my office on time. He saved me from the hassle of towing. As a person, you are wonderful !!! More
