They Were There For Me When I Needed Them I had my car towed to ToyotaTown on a Friday night. Without an appointment, they were able to fit me in on a busy Saturday, diagnose the problem, and I had my car towed to ToyotaTown on a Friday night. Prompt and thorough service. I phoned quite late at night with a gas fumes complaint and was directed to an online chat window on the Toyotatown web site. My concern was document I phoned quite late at night with a gas fumes complaint and was directed to an online chat window on the Toyotatown web site. My concern was documented. Toyotatown phoned me back very early the next morning. I was able to speak directly with a technician. He listened to my concern. I was reassured that my car was still useable in the interim. I was given the first service appointment of the next day. My car was fully checked over. That took over an hour. My car did not require servicing. I was given a complete overview of what they checked. I was advised of what to look for in the future and encouraged to return if I had any further concerns. After all of this, there was no charge to me. I received timely, thorough, friendly customer service. I pulled up into the service bay without an appointment and explained that my 2014 Rav 4 Amazing service from Todd Servant today at ToyotaTown London! I pulled up into the service bay without an appointment and explained that my 2014 Rav 4 was barely turning over to start. Todd said give me your keys and I can see what it is doing. Well, with three tries it finally started and then he turned off the car and said I think it is the discharge battery. Tried to start the car again and it wouldn't start at all. The service department ended up putting in a new battery, and I was off on my merry way! Very prompt, efficient, and friendly service. I love taking my car to ToyotaTown London! It feels like they take care of you! I also enjoy my complimentary beverage that they provide! More
