I contacted Amanda to let her know that my car would not start and that the tow truck wad on its way! She listened carefully to everything I said and she explained what may be wrong and not to worry! Very Happy with Service and Pleasantly Surprised with Bill! I brought my car into a different shop to get my summer tires put on and when I got it back I noticed that the car was indicating that a tire was low I brought my car into a different shop to get my summer tires put on and when I got it back I noticed that the car was indicating that a tire was low and also that the PSI censors were malfunctioning. I was very frustrated with the other shop so I made an appointment with ToyotaTown because I know that they'll do a good job, even if it will cost me a little more money. I dropped the car off in the morning and received a call in the afternoon with the diagnosis. It turns out that the other shop didn't reset the censors and there was a nail in the side wall of the tire! I have no idea how I could have gotten a nail in the side wall of the tire but here we are. Frustrated with the diagnosis I asked what the next steps were to get it fixed. I was expecting to be without a car for a couple days while they order a new tire as well as a large bill for the tire. To my surprise they already got the tire ordered in the morning and it was already delivered, installed and ready to go! Then to add to my surprise, Amanda Krug told me that the tire was still under warranty and that it wasn't going to cost me a dime! To sum it all up, I brought my car into ToyotaTown expecting to be without a vehicle for a couple days and stuck with a large bill for a new tire that I didn't feel like I deserved. I ended up getting my car back the same day and a bill for only $35!! Thanks you Amanda for going the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. Next time I think I will just go to straight to ToyotaTown to ensure that service gets done right the first time! More

Every time I need service & advice about my vehicle I ask For Firis as my service technician! Firis is professional and friendly face at Toyota town!
