I ordered a 2021 Prius on July 16th, 2020. It is now November 16th and I'm still waiting. I realize we’re in the midst of a pandemic, but to say that this dealership is disorganized would be fairly accurate. Since purchasing my car I have: Discovered that the online description of the vehicl that this dealership is disorganized would be fairly accurate. Since purchasing my car I have: Discovered that the online description of the vehicle was inaccurate. Had to have the car re-detailed because the first attempt was pitiful. Told that there was no record of the snow tires that came with the car. Told I would have to wait six weeks for an appointment to put on the snow tires. Now... I have had the privilege of dealing with Brian Komar who did a great job of remedying these problems... it just seems like an awful lot of issues right from the start. Put it another way... if someone were to ask me how my time has been with ToyotaTown, and I simply listed what I’ve experienced... do you think they’d visit your dealership? More

First of all, I have been dealing with ToyotaTown for 20 years. My wife and I are looking at buying a new SUV. We sent an initial email and received a negative response about being busy. Then we go for the years. My wife and I are looking at buying a new SUV. We sent an initial email and received a negative response about being busy. Then we go for the appointment and wait for thirty minutes. Then Baz comes over and doesn’t even apologize for the thirty minute wait. He proceeds to tell us that he does not have the new Rav 4 Hybrid to test drive and takes us out to a used Rav 4. Opens it up and it is dirty and has pet and human hair everywhere. He sanitizes the seat and steering wheel for my wife, but does nothing to sanitize or clean the seats that myself and our two teenagers are going to sit in. After we return from the test drive that we should never have even taken, he is surprised to hear that we did not enjoy the experience. This is the treatment that we received after being Toyotatown customers for 20 years. I am more than disappointed and we will now be buying either a Honda or a Mazda. More
