AAA experience!!!! You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, I got Brian. I came to Toyotatown for a recall. I was looked after by Firis. He was very helpful and polite. He explained to me a few overdue services that should be done to maintain my vehicle and also offered me a 55 Firis. He was very helpful and polite.
