Rob has been our service advisor at Toyotatown for many years. He is honest, we trust him and he knows his stuff. Rob is professional and is very good at knowing and identifying what needs to be done and years. He is honest, we trust him and he knows his stuff. He never makes you feel inferior and is respectful whether it is myself or my husband inquiring, Rob is a huge asset to this business and his knowledge base of Toyota is what sets him apart. Todd was professional and helpful as has normally been my experience with ToyotaTown. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding as to what services were being completed on the car this day, which exacerbate experience with ToyotaTown. Recently had car in for service back in April - they went above and beyond with replacing the rubber on my wiper blades as well as repairing a hole they found in my summer tires at no charge!
