We dropped into the dealership looking to upgrade our daughter’s vehicle before we left town that same day. Gwen quickly located what we were looking for and arranged for the trade-in to be appraised whi daughter’s vehicle before we left town that same day. Gwen quickly located what we were looking for and arranged for the trade-in to be appraised while our daughter was on her lunch break. The paper work was quickly drawn up and the deal signed and done before we headed back home. Our daughter picked the vehicle up today and Gwen took the time to go through all the features with her and ensure all the needed paperwork made it into the vehicle (to ease mom’s mind).
