I have had some issues lately with my Sienna 2007, specifically loss of acceleration power accompanied by unusual noises. I took it immediately to ToyotaTown, where MJ Rizkalla attended to my remarks specifically loss of acceleration power accompanied by unusual noises. I took it immediately to ToyotaTown, where MJ Rizkalla attended to my remarks concerning the car issues. MJ Rizkalla informed me that the transmission pan gasket was smashed and that it was pressing on the transmission filter and causing damage to the gears. A hanger bearing also needed to be replaced. He explained very clearly the whole reparation process, how long will it take, and gave me a rough estimation of the cost. This is what I like at ToyotaTown, the service team live up to the promise. MJ Rizkalla, with his long experience and integrity, gives you the best advise. It makes me comfortable to continue bringing our two cars to that dealership. Now that I got my car back, it drives smoothly. I am very pleased with the service. More

I was in toyota town for a regular maintenance and tire swaps for two vehicles the past two weeks. As always, Firis Sharif attended to my needs. His customer service is always top notch which is why I brin swaps for two vehicles the past two weeks. As always, Firis Sharif attended to my needs.
