I went into Toyota Town looking to buy my first ever brand new vehicle, without much self confidence in how that process works. I fortunately met Gwen Jones and Rita Dalal, who were both able to help gu brand new vehicle, without much self confidence in how that process works. Gwen Jones was absolutely wonderful, very knowledgeable towards used and new cars, and provided a path for myself to traverse in the decision of purchasing a vehicle. In the future, when a friend or family member shows interest in buying a vehicle I will be recommending Gwen Jones to them immediately. Rita Dalal was very professional and complimentary of my financial situation. Rita gave me confidence in my ability to afford a new vehicle as a young professional, and was very fun to chat with. While chatting with Rita, she also recommend to me an insurance agent that was able to give me a lowered rate than I previously had, which was a huge bonus. All around excellent and friendly service.
