Rob has been our service advisor at Toyotatown for many years. He is honest, we trust him and he knows his stuff. Todd was professional and helpful as has normally been my experience with ToyotaTown. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding as to what services were being completed on the car this day, which exacerbate experience with ToyotaTown. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding as to what services were being completed on the car this day, which exacerbated my medical symptoms and made the visit extremely stressful.
