Jason provided excellent service, in all respects, during my recent trip to London when my RAV4 broke down as a consequence of a previous repair attempt from an Ottawa dealership. After assessing the technical problems, he took the time to clearly explain the situation and potential repair options, which resulted in a cost effective solution to get my vehicle back on the road quickly. In general, Jason, the Shop Foreman (Broady), and administrative staff at Toyota Town were professional, courteous and competent in expeditiously resolving my vehicle issues. More
