We have been a customer of this Toyota dealership for 12 years and have had an excellent relationship with service, finance and especially sales. We have had 2 RAV4's and have upgraded to a Highlander XLE A years and have had an excellent relationship with service, finance and especially sales. Thank you Todd Servant for your thorough explanation of the maintenance of our 2021 RAV4. The maintenance was completed in very quick time. Todd had Joe Moniz drive it to ensure everything was just right a the maintenance of our 2021 RAV4. The maintenance was completed in very quick time. This dealership is the closest to our new home, after relocating from GTA. I brought in for various reasons 2 cars in a span of 2 weeks. I was very pleased with the service received. I didn't feel like t relocating from GTA. I brought in for various reasons 2 cars in a span of 2 weeks. I was very pleased with the service received. I didn't feel like they were trying to suggest additional service than requested . Actually I was surprised to see that they didn't charge for an inspection requested by me to investigate an oil leak. The whole reception in service is very well organized. Dennis is great advisor , is taking the time to discuss to understand the issues and was suggested only what was need . I hope this level of service will continue, as I am planning to drive for many years my newest Toyota. More
