I work close to Toyota On The Park so I decided to drop by. While browsing a few cars on the lot, I met Bob (Gilbert). He was super friendly, funny and immediately put me at ease. He proceeded to show me some of the Corolla's and took me on a test in one that caught my eye.Two days later I brought my wife back to see and test drive the same car. On that same day we negotiated an offer and bought the car we loved. I can honestly say, my car buying experience was FUN! Bob was very knowledgeable and thorough In this process, he also was not too pushy. As the title says, this was an "Enjoyable Experience", I would recommend this dealership and I have already recommended Bob to some people I know. More

There were minor repairs to be completed as part of the deal and they were dealt with promptly and satisfactorily. He went through everything about the vehicle, including its post-purchase service. 2014 Camry Hybrid My old car was written off and I needed help getting a new one fast - I looked at a few cars in the class of the Camry hybrid, and had already decided My old car was written off and I needed help getting a new one fast - I looked at a few cars in the class of the Camry hybrid, and had already decided on the XLE when I walked into the dealership - it was late in the day on Saturday but Jure sat with me and listened to my reasoning about a new Camry, and started me through the system painlessly and quickly - they had to scramble to find me one from another dealership but they had me set up, financed, and sitting in my new Camry XLE Hybrid in just a few days, before my insurance rental coverage had even expired. Jure was patient, listened to my questions, and answered them completely to my satisfaction. I've called with a few questions since picking up the car, and he's gotten me the answers I was looking for, and introduced me to the service guys who've also helped me out. I would completely recommend Jure as a trusted. friendly sales partner for you if you want a new car and want someone who will get you the car you want, quickly and easily. 5/5 for all his help and reassurance, and for giving up his own time to get me in my new vehicle!! Weak customer service and professionalism This was my first and probably the last visit to Toyota on the Park. Trying my best to explain the situation below. I knew what car I wanted and I kn This was my first and probably the last visit to Toyota on the Park. Trying my best to explain the situation below. I knew what car I wanted and I knew what price I was going to pay. I was ok with walking out if we weren't to agree on the price. The sales person I dealt with, I think was unprofessional and gave me an impression that he had too many open ended conversations. He kept going back to what he wanted the price to be and not what I was offering. For example, I had gone into the dealership about two weeks ago to discuss this vehicle and I put an offer against the listed price, I was firm on what I wanted to pay so when it got declined I said sorry, can't pay any more than this and walked out the door. A week after I noticed that the dealer had reduced the listed price by $1000. I called the sales person and said, I see you have reduced the price and my offer will still stand ($16500 + HST + Licensing) if your manager agrees to it, give me a shout and will come down to finalize. He e-mailed me asking to give him a call. When I did, he said at your listed price he will definitely said no. So I said o.k. I will go up by 200 and make it $16700 plus taxes. He then said, I will ask him and call you back. He called me back to reconfirm the amount of my offer so I said, 16700. He then said, so here are the charges, 16700 + 399 (administration fees, covered some optional features) + HST and Licensing. After few e-mail conversations, I said I will be opting out of $399 as it was an optional charge and wasn't interested in those services (His e-mail confirmed that it was an optional service). He then said, can I have your work fax number so I can fax you the bill of sale? I said I rather come in personally to finalize. I then composed an e-mail asking to clarify the price I am paying which is 16700+HST and Licensing. He never e-mailed nor called. So, I called saying can you confirm the amount so my wife can make draft which I can bring along with me when I come see you tomorrow. Again, he said its the price we agreed on, I said fine. on the day of my meeting with him, I had called an hour before to confirm the time of the meeting, I asked again can you tell me what else I need to bring and can you confirm the price? he then said, just come down we have to go over some numbers and that's it. I said we shouldn't have to as numbers we already agreed on. He didn't respond. Upon my meeting with him, he said numbers are all mixed up here..I said what you mean? he said, you are saying one number the manager is assuming another number...I said this shouldn't have happened as I specifically asked you on 4 different occasions to confirm the price but you failed to do so. The lamest excuse I got was, I was driving....I said were you driving during all 5 e-mails you sent me? he said I will take the blame for it but manager can't agree to this price you are offering. I got really annoyed and said its between you and the manager to discuss, I am going to settle at this price and that is it. He finally came down and said, ok! if this is a cash deal, the manager agrees. Finally, the paper work was being done and I said, lets discuss the warranty I have on the car. I said I know it has got some manufacturers warranty left plus the Toyota Certified 20K or 1 year power train on a used vehicle, correct? he said no you don't get toyota certified at the price you are paying. I said why? he said because its costing us $650 to cover you for that and that's available at a listed price only. So, I said, its listed on your website that it will come with this extra warranty and plus you knew you had to honor that before you agreed to the price I bargained. He denied out right that he is not going to honour that. Which I thought was misleading and unprofessional. Over all my experience wasn't great and won't be recommending this dealership to anyone or at least not the same sales person, that's for sure. I wanted to purchase another car from them for my father later in the month but I will be looking elsewhere now. More

Jure was very knowledgeable, friendly, went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with our decision to purchase a new car. He kept us abreast throughout the entire process and did an excellent job in making sure we were satisfied. I'm writing this review and I hope the management will actually read this and to know that they have an excellent employee on their team. I keep in touch with Jure even after the purchase with questions and he still makes himself available to assist. I'm honoured and humbled to call Jure as a friend now.
