I've been to some dealerships for servicing where I've been treated as if I don't know anything about my car, I was spoken to rudely and when the employee found out a brown guy was driving an SRT, he was surprised. Team Chrysler at Bancroft Drive is honestly a second home to me. The guys and gals who work there treat you like family and I feel this is the key aspect of what builds that foundation for being one of the best dealerships around.
