He is super knowledgable in the automotive industry, not just the sales aspect, but the mechanical aspect as well. He was relatable and steered me in the right direction. He wasn't pushy in his sales tactics by any means. He was part of the reason why I chose to give Team Chrysler my business in the end. He stayed in contact until the moment I picked the truck up, even stayed late the delivery day to make sure I was taken care of personally.
