Listened to my needs- New Jeep Grand Cherokee Ishwar, Came highly recommended by my brother who purchased two vehicles and my sister who purchased one. They told me he's the best. Ishwar asked me all the right questions in terms of what I was looking for in a vehicle and presented me with the Jeep Grand Cherokee. I felt very comfortable and received the best deal. When I came to pick up the car the next day it was ready to go. Ishwar took the time to show me the many cool features this car had to offer. My overall experience was a pleasant one from start to finish the process was quick and efficient. I also received a warm welcome form Rich Fatrola, he was instrumental in the negotiations and was a pleasure to work with as well. Worst Service Experience I will not recommend anybody to service their car at this dealership. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. Major repair was done to fix a leak in my dod I will not recommend anybody to service their car at this dealership. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. Major repair was done to fix a leak in my dodge caravan and after few months I have still some leak problems. They even changed hoses that were not leaking last time saying it looked rusted. I have called the service dept after the job was done but all what I got from them is that I have to wait until the previous smell from the old leak goes away. Today I wasted a full day waiting to have diagnostics done. It took them 7 hours to diagnose a leak. At the end, they even charged me for the diagnostics!! More
