Over promised and under delivered The truck I purchased wasn't on the lot at the time of purchase. The options I was assured were on this truck were not. Also my "brand new" vehicle had a 1,000kms on it and due to this within the first month it was making lots of noises from both front wheels and it needed service, probably from a salesman booting around in it. Also unfinished/rusted brackets were installed on the interior as mounting plates. STEER CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE, I would never recommend them. More

My 12” Uconnect display failed after a overnight update & the software killed my battery. Shane was able to fit me in, change my battery & then get the software back up & running. I didn't understand the timing of service for our new vehicle, it was different than how things were handled at other (non-Chrysler) dealerships we've dealt with. Shane took on the responsibility of servicing our vehicle and has been there for us ever since! His professionalism and understanding of our expectations from a service department are truly outstanding. Sammy was very good. Despite the Covid crisis we were made to feel welcome. we managed to get our car home the same day as our initial visit saving a return trip.
