Our current purchase experience involved a trade-in; we ran into a "glitch" at this end of the transaction but Joe & Rich were very professional and friendly while we ironed out the details and we came to an agreement which satisfied all! We would also like to mention Rob who explained extended warranties, coverages, reviewed bill of sale, etc.; he also offered exemplary customer service with his knowledge and professional friendly manner. I arrived at this dealership wanting to trade my 2012 Chrysler car in for a Dodge Truck. My Salesman was Winston who I have dealt when I purchased the car and has ALWAYS gone the extra mile to help me o Chrysler car in for a Dodge Truck. From here I dealt with Brandon and Karl who assisted in the closing of the purchase. Some issues surfaced with the Truck that I contacted Mr. Bourk Boyd to help resolved. Mr. Boyd EXCEEDED my expectations and is definetly concerned with the customer and a "Man of his word." Mr. Boyd- owner stands behind his beliefs in customer service and his company.
