Great Customer Service Coming from Kirkland Lake (600 km.) to Team Chrysler required some trust. Trust that the vehicle was everything I was looking for and was being told by Ralph. I was not disappointed. The Jeep I purchased was what I wanted and Ralph and dealership did everything possible to ensure the extra options were installed and that I could drive it back home without any delays. Customer Service was excellent as they also put us up for the night and covered our gas costs for the vehicle we drove down with. Ralph was very professional and likeable and really gives you the feeling that you are his number 1 customer. His followup was also top notch. It was definitely worth the drive down and for a future drive as well. More

Team Chrysler is really all about the "TEAM" Each member of the team knows their job and did it with precision from sales to financing and everyone in-between. I also had the pleasure of meeting General Manager, and President of the company who took the time to have friendly conversations which means a lot to me. Don't forget they are sales people though and they are good ones at that so make sure you're getting what YOU want. I shopped at 3 dealers with specific requirements. These guys found what no other dealer did and had the keys to my new JEEP in my hand a couple days later. Do your own research but make "Team Chrysler" one of your stops. They'll probably sell you your next vehicle. More
