Best Car Buying Experience-Lengthy review to follow :) I've purchased many cars both new and used in my life. In many different countries. I've dealt with all types of sales people, some better than others I've purchased many cars both new and used in my life. In many different countries. I've dealt with all types of sales people, some better than others. This is the BEST experience I have ever had. I picked up my New 2015 JEEP WRANGLER today! WooHoo! Here's my experience: I randomly called TEAM Chrysler after seeing a Jeep on auto trader. A used Jeep that wasn't even exactly what I was looking for. I talked to SAM and he convinced me to drive down as he did have something similar. I figured it would be a waste of time, as I was sure it was more than I was looking to spend. He was quite sure he could make it work. I laughed. But, drove down anyway. Sam greeted me with a kind welcome and we spoke about the details. I looked at the Jeep and it was even more spectacular than I had in mind. Understandably, the price was higher as well. We worked together on price and I knew he had a very fair deal on the table, but my husband was at work on a busy Saturday. As a hairdresser, Saturday is his busiest day. Sam waited patiently, as it took me several hours to go back and forth with my husband. NOT ONCE did Sam pressure me. In the interim, I met the GM George, who was also very authentically friendly. Later, I also had a nice friendly hello with the owner, Bourk. I was there for hours, so I really had a chance to take things in and meet people LOL I also had a wonderful lunch in their cafeteria, and noticed the friendly energy throughout the dealership. My husband had done his Jeep research and although a little more than we initially thought we would spend, he knew it was a terrific deal. It just had more options than we initially thought we wanted. We picked the beautiful Jeep up TODAY. My husband saw it for the first time in person. He literally just said to me, "YOU DID GOOD". Well, I did! Thanks to Sam! We ended up with every option we could have wanted, but thought it couldn't be had at an affordable price for us. SAM ISLAM made it happen in the most straightforward, relaxing, positive way possible. With my deepest gratitude for making this car buying experience truly my best ever! Bobbie Phillips Ps.
