Great Sales Associates! I love my Dodge Grand Caravan and it was time to look into trading in and up grading to a new model. My husband and i were referred to Nelson Tang by I love my Dodge Grand Caravan and it was time to look into trading in and up grading to a new model. My husband and i were referred to Nelson Tang by Shane Marion who works in Service. We felt very comfortable with Nelson right from the beginning. I had a phone conversation with Nelson prior to our meeting and I told him what I was looking for and our price range. Nelson was prepared with different vans that might interest us. Nelson never pressured us into any deal that we didn't feel comfortable with. He was always patient with us and our many questions.
