Firstly, TEAM has a GREAT selection of vehicles of varying types available so it was fun to look around, play with our budget and go for test drives! As soon as I saw a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon I knew that was what I wanted, then or in a year or so. We thought it was impossible at that time. My husband and I had also looked at other dealerships which were pushing for vehicles and colours we didn't really want. Judy set up an appointment, took us for a test drive and we loved it. I should mention on our test drive, my husband and I took turns as Judy waited patiently, she is extremely personable and patient! She totally went with the flow, we connected over stories, we actually even went house hunting Lol! She is super awesome, I feel like she became a friend. My husband and I went in almost everyday up until the day we took our baby home to sit in our car and look around, the whole staff was amazingly accommodating and easy going!There on after, anytime we had a question, we texted her or called her, it was seriously the friendliest deal we ever made. If there are no parts available then why even bother to send me Recall Notices and add to my Junk Mail. I am not sure who is at fault here, is it the dealer or Chrysler. Team represents Chrysler therefore for end customer its their responsibility to make sure that all recall notices are serviced in a timely manner. More
