Nelson was very helpful with suggestions and input when it came to buying my first new car. When I went to pick up the car, he made sure I understood how to use the car, especially with all the new tech and gadgets the car had to offer. From beginning to end, Nelson was always available to answer my questions and tailored to my wants in car options. Excellent Customer Service I took my vehicle in for servicing and to complete my recall repair and had an excellent customer experience when dealing with Sal. There were issues I took my vehicle in for servicing and to complete my recall repair and had an excellent customer experience when dealing with Sal. There were issues with their software upgrades so rather than making me wait, they gave me a rental car for the evening, which was great. My car was ready the next morning as promised, with all issues resolved and explained thoroughly by Sal. Great job! More
