Bittersweet I was so excited, I had my vehicle picked out and I had a price in mind that I was hoping for. When I emailed in Les was the first to respond to my e I was so excited, I had my vehicle picked out and I had a price in mind that I was hoping for. When I emailed in Les was the first to respond to my email, without hesitation he let me know that he was looking in to my situation and was going to find me the best deal that I could get for the money I was looking for. What I did not tell Les was that I had emailed multiple car companies looking for very similar items in the vehicle and around the same cost. The majority of those car dealerships they got back to me and either told me that what I was looking for was unobtainable or that I would need to downgrade if I wanted to get anything from them, with one of them actually being downright insulting. I was pretty down after hearing all that bad news on every email I received beginning with "unfortunately" but not Les, he phoned me with options and very good options that were so close to what I needed for a vehicle at a price point. Unfortunately my financing fell through and so I was forced to back out of our dealings but it doesn't change the fact that Les was extremely helpful and I highly recommend him as someone that will work with you and will get you the be OK you want for the price right! The dealer apparently posted the car for sale on the internet of the Friday and we looked at it on the following Monday. Nelson apologized for the condition of the car. In the end, this helped with our negotiation and we got a great price on the car. The dealership spend alot of time and effort on detailing and cleaning up the car afterwards. On pick-up the condition/cleanliness of the car was much improved. Our experience with Team Chrysler was excellent, and we would be repeat customers in the future if we ever needed a Chrysler product or another used car. More

The day I decided to finally purchase one I wasn't able to visit the dealership, however I placed my order over the phone. The next day I went into the dealership to sign a few papers and in less than 24 hours I was driving my brand new 2017 Dodge Caravan. It was exactly what I wanted and requested over the phone. A very satisfied customer I first met Derrick a few years ago after not having the greatest experience buying a vehicle. He was the total opposite from the previous sales associate- courteous , patient and knowledgeable. He spoke to both my wife and I to make sure we were both comfortable with our buying decision. He never came across as the guy trying to oversell us something we could not afford- he showed us a few models and options to compare and made sure we left with something we would both be happy owning. It was because of this great experience that we went back almost a week and a half ago and bought our second vehicle from him. He is great at what he does and I will definitely look for him when it's time for another vehicle! More
