Mediocre dealership, had to bring truck back 2 times for an issue to be fixed, that really should have been take of before I picked up the truck. There is a saying.." autograph your work with excellence". an issue to be fixed, that really should have been take of before I picked up the truck. I also felt the truck was not cleaned properly for new vehicle , just a quick wash. More

Repeat customer for life! Ralph at Team Chrysler is the best in the business. I bought my 2021 Ram 1500 Sport from him at 0.49% (coming from a Telluride at 2.99%). I came back Ralph at Team Chrysler is the best in the business. I bought my 2021 Ram 1500 Sport from him at 0.49% (coming from a Telluride at 2.99%). I came back to him in 2026 for a new Ram 1500, and he outdid himself. He completely wiped out $15,000 of negative equity and got me 0% interest over 72 months on the new truck.
