They provide the knowledge and leave me at ease knowing that my vehicle will be well taken care of. Between their knowledge and their experience, their abilities to demonstrate high levels of customer care is displayed in their work ethic. From first calling and speaking with Madeleine who offered from great advise, to dealing with Dustin and Dan to update me through constant communication Team is excellent here. Although I live in the East end of Ottawa, I would still make it all the way out to Southbank Dodge to bring my vehicle to get it serviced. I recently dealt with Dustin and Madeleine during my last visit and I have nothing but good things to say about their performance and their level of care. Dustin is extremely professional and I have never had any issues with him since he first started being my adviser. Dan has always been someone i can turn to whenever I have had difficulties with my vehicle and I have never been let down. Madeleine is always there to see you off at the end, providing such a courteous smile and a friendly send off. Keep up the great work team! More

The process for attempting to sell me additional warranty coverage was not appreciated. I declined all coverage from the get go yet I was subjected to a barrage of products with a 'well I that's my job' attitude even though it was apparent that I would not be signing on to any additional warranty or oil changes or rust proofing. Too high pressure. More

Brian was easy to talk to, he was actively listening to our needs for the truck; my BM explained how the deal would look like, very patient. I highly recommend everyone to come see Brian and get your deal done by Ivan; we have spent countless hours at other dealership, 5 in total throughout the city but either the sales rep were lazy or rude to us. This kind of business is either a hit or miss, whenever you find good people to deal with, you will do business with them for long time. I hope Southbank keep the guys because they were rockstars, will come back and do my business again. More
