When I went in for an oil change, they mentioned that they heard a noise too and that the link was worn out and needed to be replaced. I was skeptical at first but after requesting talking to the mechanic Chris, he CLEARLY explained to me what the issue is and why it is making that noise. After that, I decided to get the service done. When I received that car, it was just as Chris said. The noise was gone and it was running beautifully after the oil change.
