We came in knowing what we wanted. We had done the research in our home town but heard about the great deal at Peel. Everyone was friendly and Shawn was available when we walked in. He went over the price, told us the colours available, then wrote up the deal. We paid our deposit and set up a pick up date. Pretty easy deal on both parts. No fuss no muss. Straight to the point. When we picked it up it wasn't ready (still being detailed) but that was ok, we went for lunch then it was ready. Shawn was great. We didn't get any break down on how this and that worked on the vehicle but we had done that at another dealership. The best stress free car deal we had ever done. These are 2 reasons for rating Sean Hill as "Great" (I wish there was a rating " Fantastic"): 1. Sean serviced my first Dodge Magnum and knew I liked the car, but it was getting old. When another customer traded in a newer Magnum, Sean proactively contacted me to check if I'd like the better / newer version (RT). I did like the new MAG and purchased it from Peel. I rated Sean as "Great" , because not only he is a great Service Advisor, and he also keeps his customers in mind when they are looking for another car and recommends sales. 2. Sean has been servicing my Dodge Magnum and his workmanship is very diligent. His knowledgeable advise, polite and calm approach to customers (like myself) gives a word "SERVICE" a real meaning.
