James has a great personality and was fun to deal with. The bad part is the price of the car jumped up 5k upon pick up, I signed for what I thought was final paperwork, wasn't paying attention, I already signed a plethora of paperwork over the weekend, and I was excited to pick it up, and I didn't notice until a month later that the price went from 32k to 37k as Sam snuck in the gold plus package and paint protector, I did speak with Sam in regards to these extra charges, I told him I did not want to pay the extra money to bring up the monthly payment, Sam then added it to my bill, added a year to my financing to keep the payment the same, and I think that was very very sneaky, I had no idea he was going to do that, like I said, I did not notice the extra amount until a month after I signed for it, so this is all I would advise watching out for, not the sales people, but the person who you go see before the deal is done are professional con artists so watch out. Excellent sales team, but I won't buy from them again based on my Experience with Sam. More
Was purchasing new vehicle. Was never shown price agreement, only by weekly payment discussions before being transferred to financing. They played black sheep with us never showing our discounts or agreement, only by weekly payment discussions before being transferred to financing. After numerous attempts to close this application to open a new one for a much more reason all price from a different dealer the financial specialist refused to close it. Two weeks no car and no co-operation from peel Chrysler. More

We live in London and were very impressed with the knowledge shared by Sal. He went out of his way to ensure that we got the best price going for the pick up we needed (including bells & whistles). knowledge shared by Sal. After quite a few emails and phone calls, we hopped on the train, and boldly went where we had never been before (really it was so we did not have to drive 2 vehicles - lol). We made arrangements with Sal to have someone pick us up for the short drive to your location. Our only piece of constructive criticism would be to have all the paperwork in order, so that there is no running around or reminding the salesperson that you didn't receive the ownership or your copy of the bill of sale. Easily fixed, just maybe need to slow down and finish with one customer prior to moving on to the next. Let the customer feel and experience that they are #1 from start of sale to the end - driving off the lot with their brand new addition! Overall, our experience was good and we will definitely be returning when a newer second vehicle is required (possibly next summer ;-) ). Not only will we recommend Peel, we have already done so! Those we have shared with were very impressed with the cost variation between Peel and some of our local Dealerships. Lower overhead allows those differences - keep on sharing your savings with your customers! As they say: "Build it and they will come".
