horrible knowledge Started out ok. Deal finished awful. Still have unsolved problems the dealership refuses to acknowledge. Pretty bad when your salesperson says 'I know Started out ok. Should have canceled the deal as soon as she made excuses for not getting back to me & for not remembering what truck I was looking at. Glad most correspondence was by email. Will be contacting Chrysler directly about the issues unresolved. Only plus is the financing person was great to deal with. He actually did the delivery on my truck because the salesperson was to busy with a walk-in cutomer (I had an appointment to pick up my vehicle). No wonder they are a number one sales team. Once you have bought your vehicle they move to the next sale without worrying about properly finishing the last sale. More

HORRIBLE! Would not recommend this dealer. They did not tell me about other costs like extended warranties until it was time to sign and did not tell me about Would not recommend this dealer. They did not tell me about other costs like extended warranties until it was time to sign and did not tell me about other fees until I came in to sign and changed the payment rate we agreed upon by a few dollars when I came into sign. Also did not tell me that after one year my rate could change and hence my payments could change after one year. The car was not ready when I came in and they did not give me my temp insurance slip when I came in. Overall I felt ripped off and taken advantage of. Low balled me on my trade in as well. BUYER BEWARE!! More
