Not So Nice Experience My gf and I had a not so pleasant experience at this dealership...they have no room for negotiation, you have to give them want they want and force it My gf and I had a not so pleasant experience at this dealership...they have no room for negotiation, you have to give them want they want and force it down on you and would not do the necessary repairs to the damages already on the vehicle. I can write a lengthy review, but, I will hold back, plus, they try to charge PDI fee on a used car and later say to remove it as a deal to you, but, in reality PDI shouldn't be charged on any used vehicle. My gf ended up purchasing the similar vehicle these guys had listed and that dealership went completely out of their way to make us happy...it was another big name dealership, all was charged was price + tax....no PDI fees nonsense lol. This guys had our interest in the vehicle and didn't want our business...claiming vehicle was sold firm..only to called back a week later saying it was available. Sadly, they still have the car available in their lot while we ended up purchasing elsewhere...being in a sales oriented business....they wanted nothing to do with us or earning our business. They could have had that vehicle sold to us...we definitely beat a deal from peel!!! More

Overall, I found the quality of customer service is well below acceptable - typically staffed by men - who have short tempers and lack the grace of courtesy. However, I finally encountered a Service Representative at Peel - who is genuinely kind and helpful.
