Recently, i traded my Caravan R/T for a fully loaded Pacifica Limited. At first i was undecided between the hybrid or gas. After a long hard decision, i decided on the gas version. Paul K was excellent and very patient while i was deciding. The car was factory ordered, and showed up quickly. Everything was there when it arrived, as ordered. The Pacifica was great and far exceeded my quality fit and finish detail on the van. As a FCA employee at the brampton assembly plan, i am very picky and attentive to any and all details about the Pacifica. On top of a excellent product, Paul K was able to get me a amazing price for the trade and the price on the car, including all discounts and promos. No other dealership in the GTA even came close. When i had to return back to Peel to have some accessories installed on the Pacifica, there is nothing negative i can say about the entire service team, including the service rep "Leah". Everything went smoothly, and all accessories were properly installed and in a timely manner. Two thumbs up ! to Leah and the entire service team.
